Generally, women tend to take their time in checking the clothes properly to see if there are stains or other issues, such patience is not easy for many people as they need to be multi-tasking.
As a women, I understand clearly that the laundry business needs the attention to details and you must be diligent in your work as everybody likes fresh and clean linen whether clothes, bedsheets, towels or curtains. I started BG Laundry in 1996 and together with my staff, we commit our time and effort to serve all our customers. Since then, we have been getting patronage every day until taking time off and holiday have become a luxury. We are open every day except Public Holidays.
From our 18 years of experience, we know very well that if you are meticulours and put in extra time to satisfy your clients, customers will be happy and you build trust in the end. Reliability is also build with our customers as they know we will try our best to attend to their individual needs like stubborn stains and handling of new/unique material in the best manner. For our regular customers, we sometimes surprise them by mending their loose buttons or zip whenever we can squeeze out the time.
Even I have staffs to help me, I do personally check, sort, handle the special request from customers and even down to ironing when necessary. In BG Laundry, we are passionate about what we do and we definitely take pride in our work when our customers walk away smiling and satisfied.
